Doug Brougher has been a lay minister since 2009 and has taught Sunday School for 20 years. He has been with Smyrna since November 2010 and things are going very well.
Doug is Sales Director-Midwest for IQ Fibers, LLC.
Doug and his wife, Wendy, live on his family farm near Elizabethtown, IN. Doug's parents live nearby on the farm owned by Doug's grandmother. Together they enjoy raising sheep and and a few cattle. They cash rent the ground, but still bale hay and do the “grunt work” of keeping fencerows and cleaning barns.
Doug and Wendy, enjoy riding bikes through Hope, Pekin, and Howe, IN (sometimes 30 to 70 miles in day) and have done some century rides of 100 miles. Doug also enjoys music and plays the banjo, mandolin, and guitar.
